Nothing but excellent things to say after today. After being back and forth with this other dealership and them taking half of our down payment . We came across this company selling a Mercedes benz. Went down there and put a payment down to hold the car until we had the rest. Today we went with the other half but still a little short but they said they would still work with us and could bring the rest our next pay day. So as he walked us to the car he surprised us by saying "take the rest of the money you owe us and take your family out to eat" . After spending all morning at the other dealership trying to get our refund back and only leaving with half we didn't know what we were going to do. I wasn't expecting that at all. I purchased a 2006 GTO from these guys about 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier.  The car was clean and as advertised and at a fair price. I had a small issue with the car on the way home that was really out of their control but what can you do, it's a used car. To be honest I was a little bummed but then when the owner found out about the problem he stepped up. They were under no obligation to do anything for me but say too bad and to be honest I wasn't expecting anything. For me doing business with a company that has character and stands behind their product means a ton. Joe responded to me almost immediately via email. He went out of his way to show us the car when we arrived pretty late in the evening. The office isn't easy to find (2nd floor of an office building), but call Joe if you get lost. He's super friendly and accommodating. My "new to me" Audi S5 is beautiful and the price was really great. It was described perfectly in the CarGurus ad and on the ICONIC COACH.COM website. The holiday slowed our loan process, but Joe was patient. When we drove down from Riverside to pick it up a week later, he had all the paperwork ready to go. We were in and out in about 20 minutes.
